GREAT EGG WHITE CHALLENGE INCENTIVE PROGRAM

I. The “GREAT EGG WHITE CHALLENGE CREW INCENTIVE PROGRAM” (“Program”) consists of the Great Egg White Challenge Consumer Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) and the Great Egg White Challenge Crew Incentive Program (“Incentive Program”). The Incentive Program starts 8/18/08 at 12:01 A.M., E.T. and ends 9/8/08 at 11:59 P.M., E.T. The Sweepstakes provides opportunities for Dunkin’ Donuts Crew Members (“Crew Members”) in Metropolitan New York, North and Central New Jersey, Fairfield and New Milford County, CT (“NY DMA”), to energize their friends and family members to visit www.greateggwhitechallenge.com and enter the Sweepstakes for a chance to win Five Hundred Dollars ($500). The Incentive Program provides opportunities for Crew Members to win valuable prizes based on the number of friends and family members of each Crew Member who enters the Sweepstakes.

II. SWEEPSTAKES: Each Crew Member in the above market will be given 15 Buzz Cards to distribute to their friends and family members to encourage them to try the new Egg White Flatbread Sandwich and then visit www.greateggwhitechallenge.com to register, provide their comments and feedback on the Egg White Flatbread Sandwich, and enter for a chance to win Five Hundred Dollars ($500). Crew Members should remind friends and family members to remember to select the Crew Member’s name from the drop-down menu so that the respective Crew Member will be sure to receive proper credit for the entry. Limit: One entry per friend or family member regardless of email address used; the submission or attempted submission of more than (one) 1 entry may result in disqualification of the entrant and Crew Member. Although we would like to receive entries with comments from entrants that have tried an Egg White Flatbread Sandwich, entrants may enter without having purchased or tried an Egg White Flatbread Sandwich and they will have an equal chance of winning the Sweepstakes.

III. INCENTIVE PROGRAM: The Incentive Program offers both Team Prizes and Individual Prizes to participating Dunkin’ Donuts Crew Members in the NY DMA. In order to participate in the Incentive Program and be eligible for a chance to win any of the prizes listed, a participating Dunkin’ Donuts store must have had at least one hundred (100) friends of family members of its Crew Members visit www.greateggwhitechallenge.com, enter the Great Egg White Challenge Sweepstakes, and provide comments on the Great Egg White Flatbread Sandwich (“eligible Dunkin’ Donuts store”). Crew Members should be sure to follow the instructions at www.greateggwhitechallenge.com to register their names and review which of their friends and family members have entered the Sweepstakes. On or about 9/15/08, the number of entries received in the Sweepstakes will be totaled and calculated for each of the respective Prizes below. More specifically:

A. Team Prize*:
First Prize*: The top twenty (20) eligible Dunkin’ Donuts stores, whose Crew Members collectively have had the greatest number of friends and family members provide feedback and enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed the First Prize Team Winners. Each registered Crew Member (maximum of 25 Crew Members) will receive a $50.00 Best Buy® Gift Card to be used towards purchases at Best Buy stores. Maximum of 500 Gift Cards will be awarded.

Second Prize*: The next twenty (20) Dunkin’ Donuts stores whose Crew Members collectively have had the greatest number of friends and family members provide feedback and enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed the Second Prize Team Winners. Each registered Crew Member (maximum of 25 Crew Members) will receive a $25.00 Wal-Mart® Gift Card to be used towards purchases at Wal-Mart stores.

B. Individual Prize*:
First Prize*: The ten (10) individual Crew Members who each had the greatest number of friends and family members provide feedback and enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed a First Prize Individual Winner and will receive an 80GB Apple® iPod® (ARV: $250).

Second Prize*: The next ten (10) individual Crew Members who each had the greatest number of friends and family members provide feedback and enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed a Second Prize Individual Winner and will receive an Apple iPod Nano® (ARV: $199).

C. Store Manager Prize: Depending upon the number of Dunkin’ Donuts stores that elect to participate in the Incentive Program, a designated number of store managers who were among the first to register their respective stores and Crew Members will be eligible to win a $50 AMEX® Gift Card. The first 10% of store managers who have registered will win. For example, if 500 or more Dunkin’ Donuts stores participate, the first 50 store managers to register their stores and Crew Members will win a Store Manager Prize. The actual number of prizes that will be awarded will depend on the number of stores that register to participate in the Incentive Program. NOTE: Even if a Crew Member’s store is a potential Prize winner, only Crew Members who have successfully registered online at www.greateggwhitechallenge.com will be eligible to receive a prize.

* In the event of a tie, a random drawing will be conducted to determine the winner.

IV. ELIGIBILITY: The Program is open to all legal Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees and their crews in designated markets. All stores must be current in their obligations to Dunkin’ Donuts at the time of the awarding of prizes in order to be eligible to win. In order to qualify as a winner and receive a prize, an employee must be a legal resident of the United States and employed at a Dunkin’ Donuts store in the NY DMA and be in good standing as determined by his/her manager, in his/her sole opinion, at the time of the award of the prize. NOTE: Even if a Crew Member’s store is a potential Prize winner, only Crew Members who have successfully registered online at www.greateggwhitechallenge.com will be eligible to receive a prize.

V. CONDITIONS/RESTRICTIONS: Winners should allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery of prizes. All Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and all other costs and expenses not specifically stated above. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or substitutable except by Dunkin’ Donuts, in its sole discretion, with one of equal or greater value. DUNKIN’ DONUTS MAKES NO WARRANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED RELATIVE TO THE QUALITY, CONDITIONS, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF ANY ASPECTS OF ANY COMPONENT OF A PRIZE INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER PERSONAL OR TO PROPERTY, INCLUDING DEATH, RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OWNERSHIP OR USE/MISUSE OF THE PRIZE. All Gift Cards awarded herein must be used in accordance with their respective terms and conditions, as allowed by law. Void where prohibited by law.

VI. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Winners agree that (except where prohibited) Sponsor may use winners’ name, picture, portrait, likeness and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. Sponsor, the Dunkin’ Donuts Advertising Fund, its advertising and promotional agencies, respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, and respective
officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (“Released Parties”) are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and Sponsor may in its sole discretion rescind, cancel or revoke the promotion based upon any such error without liability. Released Parties shall have no liability, without limitation, and shall be held harmless by winners for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in the promotion. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by expedited arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this promotion, but in no event attorney’s fees. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Except where prohibited, by participating you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Rules may result in disqualification.

OPEN ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE EITHER FRIENDS OR FAMILY MEMBERS OF DUNKIN' DONUTS CREW MEMBERS IN DESIGNATED DUNKIN' DONUTS STORES IN NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY AND CONNECTICUT AND WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THOSE STATES,
18 YEARS OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY.

1. HOW TO ENTER: "Great Egg White Challenge Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") starts 8/18/08 at 12:00:01 AM ET and ends 9/8/08 at 11:59:59 PM ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entry is on-line only. To Enter: Go to www.greateggwhitechallenge.com and carefully follow the registration instructions, including listing the Code stated on your Buzz Card and selecting the name of your referring Dunkin' Donuts' Crew Member from the drop-down menu. After you have successfully registered, you will be asked to provide your comments on Dunkin’ Donuts new Egg White Flatbread Sandwich. You may select: (A) I haven’t had a chance to try one of the New Egg White Flatbread Sandwiches but I will definitely try one in the future; or (B) I haven’t had a chance to try one of the New Egg White Flatbread Sandwiches and I do not plan to. Your response will not influence your chances of winning. You may only enter once throughout the Sweepstakes Period regardless of e-mail address used. All entries must be received by 9/8/08 at 11:59:59 PM ET. All entries become property of Dunkin' Brands, Inc. ("Sponsor") and will not be returned.

2. PRIZE & ODDS OF WINNING: GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner ("Winner") will receive Five Hundred Dollars ($ 500). If Sponsor is not able to contact the potential Winner, an alternate potential Winner will be selected. The potential Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Compliance/Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release, as allowed by law, within the time period stated in Sponsor's letter of notification, or the Grand Prize ("Prize") will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate potential Winner will be selected. The Prize is not transferable or substitutable, except by Sponsor with one of equal or greater value. If the Prize is won by a minor in his/her state of residence, it will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

3. DRAWING: On or about 9/15/08, the name of the potential Winner will be selected by NMA Entertainment & Marketing ("NMA"), an independent judging agency, in a random drawing from among all of the eligible entries received. NMA's decisions shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. The potential Winner will be notified by phone, e-mail and/or mail on or about 9/16/08 and, as stated in Rule 2, will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance and Publicity/Liability Release, as allowed by law.

4. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to friends and family members of Dunkin' Donuts Crew Members in designated stores in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut who are legal residents of those states, 18 years or older as of date of entry.

5. INTERNET: Sponsor, its subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, suppliers, wholesalers, distributors, sales representatives, advertising/promotion agencies, ("Sponsor & Others") are not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions or jumbled, scrambled or misdirected entries or transmissions, or for phone, electrical, network, computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, failures or difficulties or for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic or for any damage to any person's computer related to participating in the promotion. Sponsor & Others are not responsible for illegible, unintelligible, late, lost or stolen entries or incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human errors which may occur in the processing of any entries in or the administration in this promotion. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this promotion, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and may be subject to prosecution. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses except as specifically allowed herein, under multiple identities, or uses any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or to interfere with the proper play of this Sweepstakes, will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes. If in the judgment of Sponsor, the Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupts the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to discontinue, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and select the potential Winner from among all eligible entries received to date, in a random drawing to be conducted by NMA following the discontinuation, suspension or termination or in such fair and reasonable manner as decided by Sponsor. Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in this promotion will be collected by Sponsorand used by Sponsor, its affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy as stated at http://www.dunkindonuts.com. RELEASE: Sponsor & Others are not responsible for, whether directly or indirectly, any liability in connection with any injuries, damages or losses of any kind, whether to property or person, including death, arising out of the acceptance, enjoyment, use and/or misuse of the Prize and/or participation in this Sweepstakes, and they will be held harmless against any such claims of liability arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance or use/misuse of the Prize.

7. GENERAL: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. By accepting the Prize, the Winner grants Sponsor the right to use his/her individual name, address, photograph, and likeness for advertising, publicity & promotion purposes and for any other such purposes as Sponsor so determines, in any and all media worldwide without limitation, without further compensation, notice or permission, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for postage-due, late, lost, counterfeited, illegible or tampered entries/mail. The interpretation of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, in the appropriate courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts exclusively. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or a party's rights and obligations, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of any other jurisdiction.
